Sloneek offers detailed evidence of your properties. Organizing, storing, assigning - it is very simple and intuitive. The property acceptance protocol can be signed electronically with a finger or mouse directly in the application.
DETAILED EVIDENCE REPORTS
The Assets module is used to simplify the process of handing over the assets to the employee with subsequent confirmation of its receipt, generating a handover protocol with a digital signature and archiving the status of the asset.
Each asset has its own card that stores all the important information.
Date of purchase, handover date, purchase price. We also store the inventory numbers, category, the internal ID and the status of the property on the day of the handover.
It is the category and condition of the property (together with a note) that clearly record the course of the property’s lifecycle, including the eventual disposal or sale.
HANDOVER PROTOCOLS
The approval process starts at the moment the asset is assigned to the recipient. The user can accept or reject it. In case of acceptance, he/she is asked to sign the handover protocol.
You can sign the handover with your finger on a mobile device or with a mouse on your computer. Subsequently, the protocol is generated and archived in pdf format.
A security # (hash) identifier is also assigned to this action.
STORING THE HISTORY
All operations are stored in the audit log in the most detailed form. At the same time, copies of all handover protocols are stored in the property’s card.
Thanks to the electronic footprint, it is quite clear what the history of the property is.
