How will Sloneek help you with that?
The Planning module allows employees and their managers to plan work for the upcoming period. Users can then adjust the allocated time retrospectively according to the actual time spent. Plan and report activities in one place. At the beginning of 2021, a complete redesign is planned for this module!
Planning can also be used as a record of work time allocation, i.e. as a timesheet.
In the timesheet, employees record the activities they worked on within the given time frame, while selecting individual activities from a defined list. Subsequently, you can very easily generate reports that can serve as a basis for wages or invoicing for your clients. Sloneek can also handle the calculation of the internal cost or the amount for invoicing to the customer.
In the reports, you can also filter specific activities, for example when you are preparing a monthly invoice for a particular client. You can attach a report of the time spent and employees who worked for this client.
This module can replace the use of attendance in many companies. Especially in companies, where the exact time of the employee’s arrival at work is not so important.
