We all know exactly what we’re striving for.
We’re a tightly-knit team centered around our HR system, Sloneek, which we develop, sell, and care for. Our playing field is the world of HR, and we aim to make it better, more human, and more fun.
We’re not just developers of an HR system – we’re pioneers and innovators in HR! Taking care of people in companies is no longer just a cliché. To make everything click, we help HR teams handle as much administration as possible. That way, they can focus on what matters most – what every company values above all: its people.❗

That’s how it started. In the kitchen, on the table and with energy drinks.
David is a key figure in our happiness team. He was also the first to master, understand and set up Sloneekin 2 days. So he is living proof that our application is not that complicated:) Moravian in body and soul. As a former professional tennis player and coach, he knows more about customer care than you might think.

Radim, 🚂 the driving force behind the marketing team. “NO” is not an answer for him and the word “impossible” is probably not even in his vocabulary :)) Surprisingly, he can also shut down sometimes. In his spare time, he is a big fan of the stock market and his French bulldog, Stella.
Sebastian is 🚀 whose arrival has shot our sales into remarkable numbers. He excels in naturalness, a pro-clien approach and team spirit. Our first teambuilding together will remain in our memories forever!
We are one team
It seems unbelievable, but no matter how long we’ve been in Sloneek, it feels like we’ve all known each other much longer than in reality. The phrase „helping each other“ is not a buzzword to us, but a reality we don’t have to force ourselves into because it’s something completely natural to us. We work remotely but still together.

Filip Lukáč is our CEO.
He was at the birth of the first version of Sloneek, which he programmed in his spare time. He was also the one who first pronounced the future name of the app, which we then just converted into phonetic form. Filip is a graduate of the Department of Computer Science at Košice University of Technology. He played competitive hockey for HC Košice and his positive attitude towards sports has not left him. Currently he is a regular winner of the company competition for the highest number of steps walked per day.
Marek Beran is the captain of the Revenue team. His drumming helps increase the pace and speed at which Sloneek and I fly forward ☠️
We are accountable for our work and respectful of the work of others.
Each of us cares about a job carried out well. We value the enormous amount of flexibility and freedom we bring to the team by being responsible for our tasks and our role. What we agree on is what counts.
- Our valuesMilan Rataj is responsible for HR, Operations and is also Sloneek’s chief evangelist.
He is an experienced and battle-tested HR consultant. He primarily focused on large organizational changes and strategic HR consulting for management. In addition to ensuring customer care, he actively promotes the competency model for employee development. He is a great lover of food and wine, an excellent chef, and an active athlete.
We love the mountains. We go to them together sometimes too.
Work hard – party hard. Very hard.

Filec. He is the head of front-end development.
He demolishes the notion that developers are unkempt, greasy-bearded guys.
Go all out. There’s no such thing as bad weather. Just poorly dressed skiers.

-Janko is the CTO, thoughtfully overseeing the tangle of brackets that ultimately makes up Sloneek. In the 16 personalities test, he was identified as a Virtuoso. And honestly, the whole test wasn’t far from the truth…
Corporate heckling – the just-announced KPIs provoke both amusement and despair. But we turn despair into determination! 💪

Richard is a top-notch sales pro. He’s also forged in the Beskydy Mountains—rugged yet beautiful. Maybe that’s why he loves hiking, traveling, and… drinking rum 🥃.
After work fun. Even though we work in a hybrid, we still see each other. And it’s always for a long time – we just always have something to say to each other…
At team building, there’s space for time spent together on really essential things – like the values we’ve created ourselves, live by, and uphold.
