What you ask most often

Do I really not have to insert the card right away?

You really don’t have to. You have 14 days to try it out. Only when you decide to proceed, to our delight, will the system guide you to insert your card.

Will I get an invoice for payment?

Of course. And the invoice will contain the information you enter in the billing details in Settings (Settings / Company).

What does "active user" payment mean?

This is a monthly payment for all users who have been activated in the app and can therefore log in to Sloneek. You don’t pay anything for inactive users, but their data is still stored in the app.

Can I change payment plans from month to month?

Yes, reducing and increasing the number of functionalities by changing the price package is possible.
