Clear and comprehensive
Thanks to Sloneek, we finally left the Excel chaos behind. We now have a clear all-in-one system with one-click reports, the ability to run surveys, and track attendance. Employees also appreciate how easy it is to use the mobile app.

SWIDA Innovative is a dynamically growing company specializing in express transport across Europe. With 120 employees and business activities mainly abroad, they handle even the most critical shipments with the goal of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Based in eastern Slovakia, their teams work in a hybrid model and consist of full-time employees, contractors, and part-timers. Keeping HR processes efficient and transparent in such an environment requires modern tools. That’s why about a year and a half ago, SWIDA Innovative decided to implement the Sloneek system.

“With more than 100 employees, managing everything in Excel became a nightmare. We lacked automation, attendance tracking was confusing, and employees had no overview of their vacations. We needed a system that would bring order to HR and serve as a single source of truth for all our data,” explains Monika Tajblik Löfflerová, HR Manager at SWIDA Innovative.

Before implementing Sloneek, all HR processes were managed in Excel spreadsheets. As the number of employees grew beyond 100, this approach became unsustainable. The company faced limits in automation, attendance tracking, and vacation management — with no transparency for employees and no clear overview for managers. The need for a centralized system for data management, reporting, and feedback processes became urgent. After thorough market research and positive references, the leadership chose Sloneek.

Implementation Process

Implementation started in February and took about a month. The data migration went smoothly using import files. This was followed by management training and then training for all employees, which HR handled internally using Sloneek’s well-prepared support materials and knowledge base. Throughout the process, the company appreciated the quick and friendly support from the Sloneek team.

Today, SWIDA Innovative actively uses a wide range of modules. The most valuable are attendance and absence tracking, which serve as the primary input for payroll and generate one-click reports. Surveys and 360° feedback are also very popular, saving significant time compared to the old manual processes and eliminating errors. Sloneek has become the single source of truth, bringing transparency into the company structure, which is also useful during onboarding.

Employees welcomed the new system very positively. They appreciate its clarity, intuitive interface, and the ability to easily check their vacation and absence balances. Most of them actively use the mobile app, mainly for attendance management and survey participation.

Future Plans and Collaboration

SWIDA Innovative is planning to fully implement document and asset management modules in the near future. Their strategic goal by the end of the year is to unify the competency model and launch annual reviews entirely through Sloneek.
