TL;DR – What You Need to Know

  • The Role: Close a mix of SMB and MM deals (50-500 employees). SDRs qualify and book meetings, you own discovery → demo → close → handoff to CS.
  • The Product: Modern AI powered HRIS platform (ATS, core HR, onboarding, time tracking, docu-signing, performance management, integrations). Complex enough to require consultative selling. Good enough that customers actually buy it and stay. Check our G2 reviews.
  • The Market: Primal playground for you is the PL market, but our customers are across the EU. We have strong references and product-market fit. Not a cold start.
  • The Reality: You’ll help us scale up Polish market. Early enough to shape things, late enough to have a working sales motion. Hybrid-first, no-BS culture, real autonomy. We’re well backed up by international investors.
  • The Comp: €3500 – €4000 / M + Variable structure in EUR. Uncapped commissions. Accelerators kick in at 100%+ quota.

What You'll Actually Do

Bring in new customers in Poland, of course 😉. Our SDR team will warm up contacts and book meetings. Your job: close the deal. We’ve been maintaining 10% month-over-month growth and we’re determined to keep going 💪

  • Qualify & discover: Run structured discovery calls, map stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, C-suite), disqualify bad fits early. Work efficiently with your pipeline.
  • Demo & handle technical questions: Deliver customized demos that solve their problems. Navigate technical objections on integrations, compliance, data security. HRIS is complex – you need to sound credible with both HR Managers and IT Directors (you ‘ll get the knowledge from us).
  • Orchestrate deals: Multi-thread across stakeholders. Navigate procurement, legal, security reviews. Keep deals moving. Close on value, not discounts.
  • Hand off clean: Give Customer Success full context (pain points, promises made, stakeholder map). No surprises.
  • Manage pipeline: Keep HubSpot CRM accurate in real-time. Forecast with 80%+ accuracy. Analyze win/loss patterns.

You’ll focus primarily on PL market. Sales cycle typically runs 45-75 days.

Onboarding support: We have ICP profiles, competitor monitoring, battle cards, and everything you need for a fast start. Our knowledge will help you accelerate really quickly.

What We're Looking For

Track Record:

✅ 4-5 years B2B SaaS sales (2+ years closing AE, full-cycle)

✅ 90%+ quota attainment consistently, top 25% performer

✅ Mid-market deals (€10K+ ARR, 50-500 employees)

✅ Complex consultative sales + outbound prospecting experience

✅ President’s Club / awards / rapid promotions

Skills:

✅ Selling: Consultative approach, strong discovery/qualification (MEDDIC/BANT), negotiation based on value. You build trust with HR stakeholders while maintaining deal momentum.

✅ Technical: Navigate HRIS complexity (payroll, compliance, integrations). Handle technical questions from IT/Finance without always escalating.

✅ Orchestration: Multi-thread across HR, IT, Finance, C-suite. Navigate procurement, legal, security reviews.

✅ Process: Real-time CRM discipline (HubSpot). Forecast accurately. Data-driven.

Communication: Natural strength with people (we’ll test this – nothing worse than someone who can’t “squeeze it out”). Strong written/verbal. Remote-first capable.
