- We’re still a small team (3 Account Executives and 2 Sales Developers in sales), meaning you’ll play a key role.
- You: 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, with proven results, ideally selling more complex SaaS solutions.
We are looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative who seeks not only a highly marketable product but also a deeper meaning in its impact and a great team around it. And most importantly, someone eager to build a new market!

What will you do?
- you will reach out out to leads in Poland that reflect our ideal customer profile
- focus on building our position in the Polish market, leveraging references from clients like Lindt, Volvo, Knight Frank, Savills and many others.
- you will develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and how they can benefit potential customers
- Run outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- In time, independently identify target accounts and generate your own lead lists based on ICP criteria.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product and communicate business value to decision-makers.
- Continuously test messaging, outreach approaches and prospecting tactics to improve results.
- you will work closely with the account executive to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- you will use CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- you will collaborate with marketing, which will help you get relevant prospects who downloaded ebooks
- you will provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights and needs
- count on comprehensive onboarding and robust B2B support: ICP profiles, competitor monitoring, battle cards—we’ve got everything ready to set you up for success.
What are we looking for in you?
- you have a strong understanding of the sales process and qualification fundamentals
- you have the ability to generate leads through outbound channels
- you have 1-2 years of experience in SDR, BDR or similar outbound sales role.
- You have growth mindset: not only open to feedback, coaching, testing new ideas and continuous improvement.
- you are located in Warsaw, Prague or around
- you have an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships), coupled with emotional intelligence and a customer-centric approach
- you have a “hunter mentality” when it comes to buildng relationships. You know how to 👂 and respond appropriately
- Just to be sure… your mental resilience is “beyond the limits”🚀
- You can plan your work perfectly. Diligence is your second self
- Proficiency in 🇬🇧 is also required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
