Initially, three types of workflows are supported: Onboarding, Offboarding, and ATS workflows.
How is a workflow triggered?
Each workflow type has a predefined trigger (e.g., employee start or termination). These triggers are not user-editable.
Can I choose who the workflow applies to?
Yes. You can apply a workflow only to employees who meet specific conditions such as team, location, tag, or position. If multiple conditions are set, all must be met (AND logic).
How do I create a workflow?
Workflow creation is divided into two steps: Setup (workflow type, name, conditions) and Builder, where you arrange the actions in the desired order.
How do I add actions to a workflow?
You can add actions by clicking or by using drag & drop from the side panel onto the canvas. Actions are executed from top to bottom in the order you define.
Can I save a workflow as a draft?
Yes. During creation, the “Save as draft” option is available, allowing you to save your workflow and complete it later.
