But our content? Need more consistency, strategy to publishing and visibility increase.

Simply we’ve been too busy building product to think about editorial strategy.

Time to fix that.

What you'll build

A content engine that makes HR leaders stop scrolling.

Not “publish more blog posts.” Not “hit keyword targets.

Content that actually gets read. Shared. Remembered. Deliver impact and purpose.

Here’s what that means to us:

👉  you’re an Orchestrator, not a hero

  • Recruit external writers. English, Czech, Slovak, Polish. Brief them so well their first drafts need minimal editing.
  • Build systems that scale without you touching every word.
  • If you’re writing >20% yourself? You’re failing.

 

👉 you balance two worlds

  • Brand (50%): Get Sloneek mentioned alongside the big players. Build thought leadership. Create content HR leaders actually want to read.
  • Pipeline (50%): Bottom-funnel content that influences deals. Track what you can. Accept that attribution is messy.

 

👉 you obsess over quality

  • Every piece must pass one test: Would an HR Director share this? If no, it doesn’t ship.
  • No exceptions. No “let’s just publish something.”
  • Zero tolerance for mediocre content.

Daily AI tool user. Claude. ChatGPT. Perplexity. Gemini. Gamma.

You’ve ranked content in competitive spaces. You can prove it.

GEO strategy doesn’t scare you.

 

👀 You have opinions (but ego under control)

Strong views on what makes content good vs. mediocre.

You get angry at lazy, generic B2B writing.

You can’t help but mentally rewrite bad headlines.

If you don’t have opinions about craft, this isn’t your role.
